March Supper Club

FOR THE LOVE OF GOOD FOOD & FRIENDS, we present the Cypress Supper Club to you! Join us on March 29th to experience a new four-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Aaron Fowler and Pastry Chef Sara Horton.

scotch egg, pork sausage, Rainbow Trout roe, capers, pickled onion relish

2nd

lamb ribs, coriander chili rub, apricot poblano glaze, celery mint salad

3rd

bone-in smoked pork chop, duck fat potatoes, collards, chow chow, apple butter

4th

strawberries ‘n cream – chiffon, elderflower berry cremeux, strawberry compote, basil
